DJ Rodek from Halle started playing music in a youth club in 1998 and learned his trade on CD players and turntables. He played party music at various small events and up-to-date events, which was popular at the time. Over time, he reoriented himself, leaving wedding and party music to focus more on techno. His focus was on putting on a CD player, but it wasn't good enough for him. So Rodek discovered that there were other options too, to perform live to fine-tune his techno style. His inspiration was the film Berlin-Calling by and with Paul Kalkbrenner.  To this day, Rodek has remained true to his style, playing with both live equipment and CDJ.  With his unmistakable style, he delights the crowd, both at open airs as well as at festivals and in Clubs.
