*Active Galactic Nucleus* is more than just an album it's a sonic exploration of the vast, dark unknown. The inspiration for this LP came from the haunting image of a star system, far out in the depths of the galaxy, where darkness and energy are locked in a perpetual dance. The sheer magnitude of this celestial phenomenon moved me deeply, evoking the mysterious beauty of space and its parallels with the underground techno scene. Both worlds, in their own ways, are defined by an intensity and energy that is born from the void. The throbbing pulse of a distant star, much like the driving beat of techno, speaks to something primal, something unseen but deeply felt.

This album is the culmination of years of production, with every lesson, every experiment, and every moment of inspiration woven into its tracks. From deep, resonant basslines to hypnotic rhythms, *Active Galactic Nucleus* represents the different facets of techno that I’ve been drawn to over the years. It captures the essence of dark techno’s intensity, the allure of hypnotic loops, and the atmospheric expansiveness of ambient soundscapes. Together, these elements create a world where madness reigns like a sci-fi alien horror film come to life on the dance floor.

In the studio, I found myself transported to a dark underground techno club, where the movement of bodies in dim light mirrored the movement of stars in the galaxy. The same energy that drives dancers to lose themselves in the music also pulses through the distant star systems. Tracks like "Opaque Torus " and "Ecleptic Pole" were born from these visions, where sound becomes a vessel for both chaos and creation.
