For years, as Joerg Coon alias Jonias Escurá, I explored the boundaries of sound, carving out a unique path in the world of electronic music. It was a journey of discovery, growth, and creativity, driven by an insatiable curiosity for rhythm and emotion. Through countless sets and productions, I poured myself into the craft, building connections and creating moments that transcended the dancefloor.  But every journey evolves, and now it’s time to step into something new. Jonias Escurá has reached its natural conclusion, and from its foundation, a new identity rises Jonias Escurá. 

Jonias Escurá represents a deeper, darker, and more hypnotic exploration of sound. Drawing on the pulsating rawness of EBM, the grit of industrial music, and the immersive textures of mental, hypnotic and deep techno, this is a movement into uncharted sonic territory. With Jonias Escurá, I aim to connect with new people, experiment fearlessly, and craft music that is as atmospheric as it is visceral a sound that lingers in the mind like a shadow.  This isn’t just a continuation it’s a rebirth. A new name, a new vision, and a deeper commitment to blending hypnotic rhythms, industrial edge, and the dark, driving energy of EBM.  To all who have supported me as Jonias Escurá: thank you.
